1. SERVICES
THE BLUE COLLAR CREATIVE provides website design, branding, creative strategy, and related digital services offered through its standardized packages and custom project offerings.
The scope of services for each project shall be determined by the selected package, proposal, invoice, onboarding documents, written communication, or approved deliverables associated with the project.
Any services, revisions, pages, integrations, or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, and written approval before work begins.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required before any work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project work officially begins only after:
- payment has been received,
- this Agreement has been signed,
- and all onboarding requirements have been completed.
All payments made to Designer are non-refundable once project work has started.
Work is considered started once planning, strategy, consultation, content organization, design, research, development, or build work has commenced.
If a project is paused, abandoned, canceled, delayed, or terminated after work has begun, Designer is not obligated to issue refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements.
Any accommodation, credit, or adjustment shall be made solely at Designer’s discretion.
3. PROJECT TIMELINES
Estimated timelines and launch dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Project timelines begin only after onboarding is complete and all required content, assets, approvals, and communication have been received from Client.
Delays in communication, approvals, feedback, content delivery, or payment may affect the project timeline and launch date.
Designer shall not be held responsible for delays caused by Client, third-party services, hosting providers, software platforms, domain providers, or circumstances outside Designer’s control.
